Mr. D. S. Mehta (born on April 27, 1936) is an honours graduated in commerce from Mumbai University. He is a fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been associated with the Bajaj Group of companies since 1966 and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, taxation, finance and investment.
He has been on the board of Bajaj Auto Ltd since 1998.

Mr. Kantikumar R. Podar (born on April 12, 1935) graduated in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Bombay. He has been a president of the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry with headquarters in Pakistan.
He has been on the board of Bajaj Auto Ltd since 1983.

Mr. Shekhar Bajaj (born on June 8, 1948) is an honours graduate in science from Pune University with an MBA from New York University. He started his career as resident director of Bajaj Sevashram Ltd in Udaipur in 1968.During 1969-72, he was joint managing director of Bachhraj Factories Ltd, in Mumbai and took over as chief executive in 1974.In 1975 he was appointed as part-time managing director of the Mumbai-based Bajaj International Pvt Ltd and later its whole-time managing director. Bajaj Electricals Ltd is the company most closely associated with Mr Bajaj. In 1980, he became its chief executive and four years later, its managing director. Since 1994, he has been its chairman and managing director. This company is a leading manufacturing and marketing enterprise in the electrical and white goods appliances segment.

Mr. D. J. Balaji Rao (born on December 15, 1939), is a mechanical engineer from the University of Madras and holds a postgraduate diploma in industrial engineering from Bombay University. He attended the advanced management programme at the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) at Fountainbleu, France, in 1990. He was managing director of the Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd., executive director ICICI, and in April 1996, vice chairman and managing director, SCICI Ltd. He has served with distinction on the boards of many AAA rated companies, including Ashok Leyland, MICO, Wipro and Bharat Forge.

Mr. Jamshyd N Godrej (born on January 24, 1949) did his graduate studies in mechanical engineering and his Master's in Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology, USA. He has been the managing director of Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd since 1991 and joined the board of its management as director in 1974. The Godrej Group is a leader in office equipment, industrial products as well as consumer products and services.

Mr. Naresh Chandra (born on August 1, 1934) is a postgraduate in mathematics and alumnus of the prestigious Allahabad University, where he also had a brief stint at teaching. A former career civil servant, he has had a long innings in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from May 1956.

Mr. Nanoo Pamnani (born on February 26, 1945) is B A (Hons), B Sc (Economics) from London School of Economics. He is the non-executive chairman of Citibank, N A, India. He has held many important positions and handled various assignments in India and abroad during his long career with Citibank.

Mr. Manish Kejriwal, (b. November 8, 1968) is the Managing Director of Temasek Holdings Advisors India Pvt Ltd. Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited is an investment holding company headquartered in Singapore. Established in 1974, Temasek holds and manages investments in companies which are involved in a wide range of business activities, from port, shipping and logistics, to banking and financial services, airlines, telecom and media, power and utilities, and rail.

Mr. P Murari (born on August 19, 1934) having done M A (Economics) from Madras University joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in which he served from 1957 till 1992. During his illustrious career as a civil servant, he has held many distinguished positions.

Mr. Niraj Bajaj (born on October 10, 1954) did B Com from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. He started his career with Bajaj Auto Ltd (two years) and Bajaj Electricals Ltd (six months) before joining Mukand Limited in March 1983 as Senior Marketing Manager. Since then, he has held positions of General Manager (Marketing), Deputy Chief Executive, Executive Director. He presently, holds the position of Managing Director since August, 1994

Dr Gita Piramal (b. September 4, 1954) is an Entrepreneur and businesswoman, author and journalist, with a PhD in business history from Bombay University. For two decades, she contributed to several Piramal family companies in India in various positions. She launched a publishing company and a real estate company. In 2012, she retired and gave up board responsibilities and management roles.

Mr. Pradeep Shrivastava joined Bajaj in April 1986. He took over as Vice President in April 2005 and became its Chief Operating Officer. He has been inducted into the Board with the position of Executive Director, w.e.f. 1 April 2016. After receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT - Delhi, Mr. Shrivastava obtained a graduate diploma in Production and Finance from IIM - Bangalore in 1986.
