The name Bajaj has always been synonymous with Indian pride. From quiet moments of glory to sweeping tides of change, we’ve seen it all. Over the years, Bajaj has cemented its legacy through motorcycles that have mobilized India and changed the lives of millions. But now was time to create something big, something unforgettable, something that would redefine the motorcycle industry; it was time to forge a legacy – the legacy of INS Vikrant.
 
INS Vikrant was India’s first aircraft carrier and the hero of the 1971 Indo-Pak war. It is a symbol of our military strength and resolve. But in 1997, the government decided to decommission it; in 2014, they decided to scrap it..
 
But we didn’t want our glorious history to be forgotten. So, we decided to buy the scrap, melt it and fuse it to create a brand new motorcycle. The essence of INS Vikrant is now immortalized in this machine.
 
We are extremely proud and honoured to present the BAJAJ V, our all new brand. Forged from the invincible metal of INS Vikrant, the Bajaj V encompasses all that we stand for – pride, passion and innovation. The Bajaj V is our labour of love for the country we love - now and forever.
